Father – Educator – Historian

Hello! My name is Brandon Eldridge, and I am a graduate of the Master of Arts program at the University of Nebraska – Kearney. My research focus is on Constitutional history, with a minor in Modern United States history. I teach Advanced Placement United States History courses at Central Magnet School in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. My time as an AP US History educator has also allowed me to be a reader for the exam yearly where I have read for all constructed-response areas on the exam. Also, I was the 2020 James Madison Fellow for Tennessee and was named to the National Consitution Center’s Teacher Advisory Council. I am married (Lindsey) with two kids (Carter, 8, – McKinsley, 2). My particular research interests focus on the American Presidency (Theodore Roosevelt), the Progressive Era, Civil War Memory through Public History.
